A spicy and savory soup made with fermented kimchi, pork belly, and various vegetables. The same soup found on the Parks BBQ menu prepared on-site and immediately frozen for easy preparation to take home.
Each kit includes:
33.5oz Kimchi Pork Stew (kimchi, pork belly, jalapeno, green onion, garlic)
Preparation:
Simply boil on stovetop following the directions on the label and serve with rice and banchan for a Korean staple meal enjoyed at home with minimal effort. (Recommended to add firm tofu and rice cake for preference while soup is boiling for a dish most similar to the one served at the restaurant)
