Bean Paste Stew (Frozen 된장찌개)
A deep and savory soybean paste soup with a rich umami taste and various vegetables. The same soup found on the Parks BBQ menu prepared on-site and immediately frozen for easy preparation to take home.
Each kit includes:
31.7oz Bean Paste Stew (Bean paste, onion, zucchini, potato, jalapeno, green onion, ground red pepper, garlic, salt)
Preparation:
Simply boil on stovetop following the directions on the label and serve with rice and banchan for a Korean staple meal enjoyed at home with minimal effort. (Recommended to add firm tofu while soup is boiling for a dish most similar to the one served at the restaurant)
